Our work

What we have built, shipped, and operate.

We do not just build for clients — we build and operate our own products. DineKit is proof of what our process produces. Client work is added here as projects complete.

Case study — own product

DineKit

DineKit — a full SaaS product for Australian restaurants

We conceived, designed, built, and launched DineKit as our own product. It is a live, paying-customer SaaS — not a prototype or a side project. This is what our product development process looks like when we apply it to ourselves.

The problem

Restaurants had no product that felt like a product

Most booking and menu tools were generic widgets bolted onto restaurant websites — inconsistent branding, poor UX, and disconnected from operations. Venues were paying for multiple tools that did not talk to each other.

💡

Our approach

One coherent system from guest to kitchen

We designed DineKit as a unified product where the public website widgets and the restaurant management portal share the same data, branding system, and identity. One product, two surfaces, consistent everywhere.

The result

A live SaaS product with real hospitality customers

DineKit launched with bookings, menus, gift cards, pickup ordering, guest CRM, and floor plan management. Restaurants can self-onboard and go live with a trial in under a day. Pricing starts at A$50/month.

📓

Module 1

Bookings and reservation management

Guest-facing booking widget with restaurant-side confirmation, cancellation, deposit support, and SMS/email notifications.

🎁

Module 2

Gift cards with digital fulfilment

Customers purchase branded gift cards online. Codes are emailed automatically. Restaurant owners track and redeem from the management portal.

📦

Module 3

Pickup ordering embedded in the website

Guests place pickup orders from the restaurant's own website. Orders flow into the operations dashboard with real-time alerts.

🍽

Module 4

Digital menu publishing

Menus update live on the restaurant's website via a hosted widget. Categories, images, and item descriptions managed from the portal.

👥

Module 5

Guest CRM with visit history

Every booking and order builds a guest profile automatically. Teams can see preferences, visit frequency, and notes in a single place.

🪑

Module 6

Floor plan and table management

Visual table assignment for the dining room. Reservations map to specific tables so service teams can see the full room at a glance.
